I can’t say enough great things about Wayne’s Auto Sales. I’ve purchased two trucks from them and they have both been awesome trucks. They have great customer service and treat you like humans and not a commission. Christina was our sales lady for the last truck and she was great and funny. My husband and I brought a car from before Wayne's everything was nice. Our second round for a car was not so good we'll Kristina attitude was so nasty. We ask how much the down payment was on the an we was cool with. Then when we go look at the car with her she every excuse about the two car was traded for a pick up truck the other was someone paid cash and they was coming back weeks later look go back by there and the car is still was there. Mind you we had the down payment and we won a law suit an we was going to pay the car over soon as the money came. But big thanks to Tom William BMW I have my five series

If it was a way I could give them ZERO stars I most definitely would! They are so unprofessional. If someone gives you information and you call back to clarify the next person will tell you something totally different. For example, I called to get a fax of the repo letter to get my tag switched over from their car to my new car. The lady I spoke with told me that she could fax it to the tag place for me. I called back with the tag place fax number and the girl on the phone tells me they can’t. So why did y’all tell me y’all could and NOBODY would even help since I was given false information. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A CAR!!! There’s got to be somewhere with better customer service!!!
My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from Wayne's a little over a year ago. The employees are extremely helpful and patient in explaining the details (this was our first time buying a car together as we had only bought cars from family members before) and didn't try to sell us a more expensive vehicle that didn't match our needs. There is not interest of you pay off the car within a year and the interest itself is about as low as you can reasonably expect. They also have a small grace period for payments for if, like us, you basically live paycheck to paycheck. We have had some problems with the Explorer (water pump had to be replaced) but that happened many months after we bought it, so I can't hold that against them. The only real negative is that they are a bit expensive, definitely a good bit above the Blue Book prices, but it was worth it to get a reliable vehicle from a company with a good reputation that suited our needs perfectly. Overall, I would recommend Wayne's to anyone needing a gently used vehicle.
