I have purchased 4 trucks from Michael Shelby the fleet manager. I have found him to be an excellent resource. He has the experience and expertise you want from your dealer. There is no one else I would consider when I make a car purchase. GREAT JOB MICHAEL !!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

The sales rep and finance were both very respectful and helpful, staying within my specified preferences. All the new and used car prices were great deals. Overall, very pain free buying experience with great deals for various options.

Final Update: I received a call from Nissan Corporate this morning, and unfortunately they will not be able to help, as they will take the dealer's side on this. The issue is, the dealer is communicating my concern to them incorrectly. And even when I tried to explain to Nissan Corporate, they will defer to what the dealership is saying. Oh well. I cannot recommend anyone shop here for anything. These situations are probably only going to resolve themselves with class action litigation. Just Beware! Update: I received a call from the dealership saying that the scratches were fixed, along with the dents. The area that was scratched does look repaired. That's great. Unfortunately, the dents that they claimed were fixed are mostly fixed, except for the largest and most obvious one to see. Needless to say, I will be contacting Nissan corporate tomorrow, and likely filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. Nobody should endure this type of runaround when they purchase a new car. I have not had my van for more than half of the time I've owned it over the last 3 weeks. This is just unacceptable. With that said, everyone at the dealership has been very nice, including Liza and Evan. I'm not sure who "Nathan" is, that the manager mentioned in his response to my review here. I would stay away from here at all costs. They say one thing to your face, but they don't respect you at all. We purchased a brand new 2019 NV Passenger from them on April 21st. We purchased the perma plate option, for paint and exterior protection as well, because it's always nice to have extra coverage. Fast forward to today, and I have had the car at the dealership since Monday, waiting for the "sales team" to decide what they want to do with a bunch of dings and a couple of deep (to the metal) scratches. I don't understand why my vehicle's fate is in the hands of sales people, but it is. I will be calling corporate promptly, but I want everyone to know that you better keep your guard up here. Do not accept any of their sales tactics as truth. I will edit this review as things progress. Currently, we are being helped by their customer loyalty team, after contacting corporate to get involved in the process. I still cannot recommend this dealership at all right now.

I came here to get my car serviced for a recall. Best customer service out there absolutely no pressure at all. Gary Linendoll is the guy to go see to get you vehicle service he is quick and straight to the point.
