From the initial call I made to Moss Bros, Andrew Briggs handled my request in the utmost professional and caring manner. When my personal schedule conflicted with the oil change appointment, he worked other dates/options to bring my Jeep in. Upon my arrival he personally met me at my car, and provided a professional and efficient explanation of the service that would be done. He also provided me with quotes on needed tires. I left Moss with an impressive opinion of customer service!! Will be back to buy tires and any/all service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Every time I have to bring my car in for service it takes forever. My car is a 2017 jeep Cherokee sport. It shouldn't have a the problems that it's been having. The people are nice but shouldn't be trusted. If my repairs weren't covered under warranty I would not ever step foot in this place again. Every visit has been a hastle. I truly regret ever purchasing my vehicle from them.

Would absolutely rate 0 stars if possible. Worst service center I've ever experienced. Made an appointment for an oil change on Saturday for 1:30 took my challenger in, waited about 20 minutes in the Express lane with no cars in front of me... finally Mr. Erik Martinez approached me and got my vehicle's info and also tried to tell me other things were wrong with my car I immediately stopped him and said all I'm here for is an oil change. Asked about how long the process would be he said about 2 hours so I had my sister pick me up to take me to work. 2 hours pass by and I get a call from Martinez saying that they need to keep my car for the weekend and I wouldn't get it back till Tuesday. I asked why and he said my car was leaking oil because the oil filter was cracked and broke when the mechanic tried to remove it. Hmm. My car has never leaked any oil and my man observed the car before I took it in and nothing was leaking nothing was broken my car was fine. I was told i couldn't pick up my car and they needed to repair the oil filter adapter which was an additional 6 hrs and it was already time for them to close so they couldn't do it until Tuesday because of the memorial day weekend. I was also put on hold for about 20 minutes and I called back but another man said my calls were being bounced back. I kept calling until Martinez finally picked up again and he repeated himself and I then asked how much and he tells me about $900 for a $200 part that my man can repair himself in less than 30 minutes according to YouTube the process is very simple. Out of frustration I yelled over the phone and told them to have my car ready at 4:30 I would tow it back to my house. As of now my car is in my driveway no oil in the car so it can't be turned on and also no oil filter adapter. Thankfully I had another mechanic look at it and the repair will be done in a couple of days for only $400. Ashley who I was told was in charge was very rude and disrespectful and insisted that I pay for the repair and that i brought the car in like that i straight up said nah y'all f****** my car up. I never got the mechanic's name who worked on my vehicle but he was very helpful and explained everything to me and eventually my man over the phone, my man insisted they repair it with no additional charge because we know we took it there perfectly fine and running. They refused to help me knowing they caused the damn damage and I would hate for anyone to go through the same experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
