Couldn’t be more happy. Came from California and talk to Nate and Billy. I was hesitant from coming couple hours away and not fully knowing all the details of the 2011 Jeep I was interested in, but these guys made me feel super welcomed and no pressure. I was in and out which made the car buying experience a lot more pleasant. These guys do a great job and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys for your great service. -Matt

Nate was awesome. Very fast, got the payment plan we wanted, and was very friendly. Not pushy like some other places.

Very fast, friendly service! We knew exactly what we were coming in for and there was no hassle. They were really good with having our kids there throughout the process. ro, out, and on our way. ??

My Experience with CarZone was just awesome. Really nice cars for what they are priced. All the staff that I came in contact with were very nice. I was assured the vehicle bought was in good working condition. The perfect location, the dealership is on the busline. I walked through the front door and was welcomed with open arms.

Working with Nate was amazing! We live in Northern California, and were interested in a 04 Xterra. Nate was extremely helpful throughout the sales process, allowed us to place a refundable deposit to hold the Xterra since we live 4 hrs from Reno, and was extremely patient while we were all waiting for mother nature to stop dumping snow on the pass keeping us from making the trip! When we arrived, the vehicle was in even better condition that described, detailed, and ready to go. We were in and out in an hour! Excellent Experience, would definitely buy from again. Thank you Nate!

If you are an informed, thorough buyer, this place has no interest in having you as a customer. We just started looking for a particular car and one popped up at this Carzone location so we went down to check it out. I had called ahead so they had the car pulled out for easier viewing. A plus for sure with how packed the lot is. With my first walk around I noticed it had quite a few door dings and scratches which prompted me to take a closer look at the paint. I did so while my husband checked out the engine and electronics. I found a section on the bumper that indicated it had been repainted (poorly sanded edge, indicating a sloppy paintjob, not something this manufacturer is know for). This raised a red flag as the Carfax they provided didn't have any accidents on it. We're not afraid of a car that's been in an accident, we just want to make sure there's no frame damage and that the price we pay is fair for the condition. We point it out and the salesman starts talking about how it's not new and asks Siri or Google how much a new one costs. I'm like, "I know it's not new, a new one is probably 50 or 60k." So we both drive the vehicle. Rides smooth, no obvious issues, but we need to talk about it. As we are leaving the salesman is outside talking with a couple co-workers and doesn't even look at us, let alone say goodbye. I even handed him the key (which had a dead battery) and he didn't acknowledge me. So I came home, read some Yelp reviews and talked it over with my husband. If we wanted to pursue it, we'd have to get a pre-purchase inspection at a well know, very reputable shop in town that specializes in this manufacturer, pull our own vehicle history report and the price would have to come down (they have it listed $2k over KBB or Edmunds retail value). I just talked to one of the guys there (who I'm pretty sure is the same guy who dropped an F-bomb in the waiting room while my daughter and I were in there). He gave a hard no to the pre-purchase inspection with 2 exceptions, "but we have 2 shops that we have approved to do pre-purchase inspections, but I assure you there's no frame damage." Yeah, like I'm going to take your word for it or trust the guys at your preferred shops (the Big-O next door and 1 other place) over the shop that specializes in this manufacturer, has an excellent reputation and who we've done business with before. I understand wanting to protect your investment and not letting them go just anywhere, but there is literally no legit objection to the shop we want except that they know what they're doing and the guys at Carzone don't want that. As we discuss this further it's clear their sales strategy is insult (he suggested my husband is "super OCD" about cars), try to convince you that your expectations are unrealistic and then let you know your business is not needed. It's places like this that make consumers leery of used car dealers.
