I wouldn't trust these guys at all. Less than 4 weeks after we bought a vehicle here, the check engine light came on. Turns out there's $1300 of repairs needing done. They offered to do the work at cost, but we live 5 hours away and it wouldn't be good for the vehicle to drive it up there when not working properly. If they paid to tow it up there, then sure. I'll take off work and bring it on up. The salesman was great, aren't they always? I would not recommend supporting this business.

Don't buy unless your local! Before I get started, my wife and I live in the Rochester, MN area, but her family lives in the Fargo area and we were looking for a car and the 2014 Chevy Captiva popped up on our radar when we visited them over Christmas. Here's our story: My wife and I traded in our car for a 2014 Chevy Captiva that All City Offered. The price was right, yes it had a salvaged title, but it only had 34,000 miles, and they promised only exterior damage. Everything seemed to be going great until about a month after we bought the car, check engine light came on so we brought it to our friend who is a mechanic and he said 2 of the 4 fuel injectors needed replacing. I then called All City and (sorry if I misspell the name) Blair answered. He was pleasant enough and after I told him what happened with the car he said he would check with his mechanics. This was at 11:51am. I figured this should be a quick check, but after 2 hours of no phone call (I'm waiting on my mechanic to order parts depending on what they say) I decided to call at 2:01pm, Blair (once again, I apologize if I spelled it wrong) answered and said how his mechanic said this shouldn't be an issue and to have my mechanic check to make sure the "throttle body" wasn't clogged. I called my mechanic and told them this (and like any good mechanic) told me they had already checked this and the computer said 2 of the 4 fuel injectors were miss firing. I then called All City Auto and once again got Blair at 2:18pm. Blair then said I could drive it up to their mechanic where IF the issue was true they could offer me wholesale price (I live over 5 hours away and they didn't understand how this may be a problem with 2 fuel injectors not working). I did tell him the code my mechanic got from the car and he said he would check with his mechanics and give me a call back. 4:08pm, my wife was about to get off work and I still hadn't heard back from Blair @All City. So once again I decided to call back to see what his mechanic said and it was the same old "you can bring the car in to our shop" Which if I lived in the area great! But I don't. I told him over a text I wish your company who at least check the computers of the cars you sell so you can make sure after you have fixed up the exterior you know you are selling a quality car at the given price, or at least letting the customer know of the faults. This was not done with my wife and I. Once again, Blair did not sell us this car and he as nothing but polite when I did get a hold of him. If you live in the Fargo Area and their willingness to support any problems then great! However, if you are like my wife and I who were in the area visiting family and live 4+ hours away then stay away!
We had a terrific experience buying our vehicle from Mark Pas at All City Auto. Mark answered our questions and provided the information we needed as we made our decision on the best vehicle option for our family. He provided friendly, honest, and attentive service but without any pressure. Once we made our decision to buy, Mark went above and beyond the call of duty to work with us on finalizing the deal. All City was fair with the final vehicle price and we are happy with our purchase. I told Mark that I typically really dislike the car buying process in general, but this time, Mark made it a positive and hassle-free experience. Thank you Mark and All City!
I had been looking for a vehicle with specific features for about a month. I was so tired of dealing with the typical car salesmen, pushing to sell me something I didn't want. When I found a vehicle I was interested in at All City Auto, I spoke to Mark about it. He was never pushy... he let me take my time in making my decision. It was a breath of fresh air. I decided to buy the vehicle... he gave me a fair deal on my trade in and he reassured me over and over that if I had any issues, not to hesitate to call him. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I had a small mechanical issue with it. I called Mark and he had me bring it in to be serviced right away and gave me a different vehicle to drive in the meantime. He was SO nice. The other guys in the office, Blair and Konstantin, were very friendly as well. When I decide to upgrade my vehicle in the future, All City will be the first place I turn. The whole process went very smoothly and hassle free. Thanks again, Mark!
I love my car but... had to relace the serpentine belt n power steering belt. Its also leaking oil pretty bad. Hopefully they can help me out some. Thought the cars wiuld be fully inspected. The service has improved though from a few yrs back.
